unfortunately i'm a bulls supporter, and the chiefs won, so i want the bulls to win (had the chiefs lost, a loss for the bulls could have still seen them on top of the log)

Fair enough, lets say it was the Bulls in this predicament, surely you would hope/wish for the same results.

Its true, the Sharks have no one else to blame but them selfs, but its not time to give up.

how is that fanboy comment? I gave my opion, whether the team would have been sharks/bulls/cheetahs/lions/stormers, situation is the same....

As a bulls supporter, i can guarantee you nothing would have been better than another potential bulls/sharks final ;)

But, good luck on saturday, i'm sure it will be one of the best games of the season (let's hope when it gets to the game, you guys can still play for a semi final spot)

I still don't think it was 100% the teams fault for this ..... like I've said before, our backline coach is IMO, useless and needs to go and we need to procure depth. Look what happened when we had injuries to key players. A lot of Sharks fans are mad that 1) Straulie isn't procuring depth and 2) that the Sharks Academy players aren't getting used more. Add to that the very costly errors on the part of refs, touch judges and TMO's and a very late bye week and we have the current situation.
 
Im actually a Stormers supporter, but I support the Sharks as my second team, because the Stormers suck... I don't like the Blue Bulls, but for me it's more about getting 2 SA teams in the Semi's... I also want the Bulls to have a home semi, but I want South Africa to do good and having the Sharks in the Top 4 is a good result for SA rugby as a whole... Because in the end we are still all Springboks (With a Protea on the right)
 
Hope the sharks get their inclusion and the bulls their semi :p

Doubt it will happen though :(
 
Well, if the Hurricanes lose to the Reds tomorrow, all the Bulls need is 1 BP to qualify for a home semi and they can get that by losing to us within 7. And if all the other results go our way, the log can end like this -

Chiefs
Bulls
Sharks
Whoever

Win win for both SA teams :D

Except they will play each other in the Semi's we want them to meet in the Finals... ;)
 
Aye, finals is better ....... but even if tomorrow is our last game for '09, I'll be hooliganing like it's a final :D
 
Still in with a semi spot ........ just need to beat the Bulls now with a bonus point and we will go fourth (if I'm not mistaken).
 
then you're not a worthy Sharks fan ........ you can't even be classed as a supporter with a view like that.

How can a ball from a shoulder not be forward...

So whenever you challenge a ball, you shouldnt try to catch it just "shoulder" it forward, because thats not considored a knock-on? What rubbish is that?
 
Well, it's all over for the Sharks. Awesome performance though, just a pity about the result. If only they played with that kind of passion in the previous 3 weeks. Well done to the Bulls.
 
I applaud the Sharks effort ...... now that is how a Sharks team plays. Well done for giving it your all :cool: As for the Bully Boys ... I sincerely hope you see your arses next weekend against whoever it is ...... spoiling tactics and foul play won you this game and you know it ..... my support will be for your opposition ;)

Meh.

Imagine if it had been over two legs. Sharks probably would have won it in the last second. You still would have complained, but a lot less:p

/still grumpy about Champions League
/at least one Blue team didn't dissapoint...

That's not very nice. I hate the Bulls as much as the next guy, but I really hope they beat the Crusaders next week. South African rugby could use another Super14 title. I agree on the spoiling tactics though, but that's nothing new for the Bulls.
