If only we'd concentrated on actually winning the game and then going after the bonus point. Those three penalties early in the 1st half, practically in front of the poles (which resulted in no points for the Sharks) could have done us nicely...;)

Thats where I think the messed up. If the sharks were 28 - 10 up at half time (assuming they took the 3 penalties), it would have been game over.

Fair enough, but the Sharks have only themselves to blame for the situation they found themselves in this weekend. I think they peaked way too early this season. Nevertheless, I still think they rock and I look forward to watching them win the Currie Cup.

Well said. This is a true fan, he sees his teams problems / faults and accepts them and still stays loyal. Well done.

You call a yellow card for a deliberate dangerous stiff arm tackle hogwash? I can see who you really support. Watching with some misty glasses maybe?

ROFL :D

Have you read your own comments? Between you and MH I can not decide who is the bigger crybaby. FFS grow up, the ref was fair and did not as you claim lean towards the bulls. "Loser whine about giving it their best, winner go home and Fsck the prom queen".

Yes its actually very strange how Bismarck was not cited, for actually sitting on Stegmans back (stegman's yellow card incident), and the wrong side of the ruck. But oh well, even when the sharks played with 16 players and the bulls with 14, the bulls still kicked butt.

Best moment, when Pierre Spies ran over (yes over) kanko

I lol'd :D

If the sharks had played like that against any of their previous 3 opponents they would have been in the semis. They did not thus they are not there. Yesterday the bulls played for 20 mins with 14 men, the sharks could not keep their cool while the bulls could and did.

The better team on the day won, deal with it.

any team that wins by using spoiling tactics and downright dirty play deserves no and will get no support from me .......

Boy oh boy this as well as pengiun's comments had me up in stitches! I suppose you didn’t support the sharks this weekend then? I mean ****, that blatant “plat hand” by Rory to the flank highlanders must have won them the game? Dirty tactics the bastards.

That shove of Bakkies was uncalled for and he’ll probably be banned. But if an off ball incident like that caused the sharks to loose, perhaps they should go back to play Vodacom cup before joining the big boys again?

Face it, the sharks lost. With their star studded "clean playing" bok line up they lost against a clueless ‘tahs side. They lost against the better bulls side on Saturday not due to a shove to the face or a 50/50 mistake by the ref here or there. They lost due to superior defence, try saving tackles by Akona and Steyn, Spies running over Kanko, as well as flyhalf with a kicking boot. That’s pretty much it my friend.

You don’t have to support the bulls come Saturday. But please dude… rid yourself of your crap excuses.

PS, I’m going to keep this quote for future reference come the currie cup and lions tour.

Yeah I must say all you points are very valid and I feel you must be awarded supporter of the year.

Hope you enjoy the rest of your off time, see you in the CC.

Oh dear - the Sharks lost fair and square. The ref had nothing to do with it (this time). There were one or two slightly dodgy calls but nothing that swung the match in either team's favour. Was an atrocious second half to the season for The Sharks.

I was really hoping SANZAR would change the competition to the Super 6 instead. We'd be a formidable team if we only had to play six teams...:D

But why just a sticky for sharks? Bulls in semi (and final... ) and no sticky for them?

Probably because I was the only one to ask for my thread to be stickyed when I created it .... I dunno.

(other supporters are obviously a tad slow .... well, the Bulls ones anyway :D)

I think the sharks lost steam at the end of the super14. But the sormers were extremely unlucky to end where they did on the log.:D

A valid question though. If you're going to sticky this then you should sticky all supporter's threads.

I made the thread, I asked for it to be stickyed, it happened ..... not my fault that the other supporters didn't ask .......
