Oh well, decent enough display at the notorious Canberra ground ..... still need to tinker some combo's imo. J Du Plessis needs to be gone and Adi Jacobs too.
 
And don't forget that blatant smacks in the face seems to be allowed again, judging by today's display.

If that was a sharks player it would have been a yellow. It was after play had stopped and the sharks player did nothing. :/
 
Oh well, I hope the Bulls give every single OZ team a hiding for us :)
 
Sorry to see them lose again but they are playing a bit better every week. I am sure they are sorrting out their problems.

Hope they win the next one.
 
It's the perfect time to try better combo's now ... instead of aiming for playoffs. My opinion anyway.

Rory K did the exact same slap last year to the Highlanders player, he was sent off the field, a penalty was given and he was banned for a match.

The game was there to be won, but what an appalling decision to have Marks be a touch judge in the very next game with the Sharks! I mean if thats not pathetic god knows what is. So obviously there was NO surprise when there were 3 or 4 dubious calls by him against the Sharks.
First one was that he claimed Bismark went in to clear the ball with out binding, WTF? John Smit clearly told the ref, "was that a Paul Marks call?" & looked perplexed, Bismark even asked for an explanation of what he did wrong but was not given one. There were various incidents regarding him again for eg: he should cut about 10m of the distance when ever we kicked the ball out for touch, but the most noticeable ones were the one when Pienaar or Terblanche stabbed the ball through as the Sharks were attacking in the 74th minute and a Brumbies player right infront of Marks picked the ball up and walked it out near the 22, but Marks awarded the throw in to the Brumbies, I mean WTF? Then there is the petty part of him not managing to notice and tell the ref that Kanko was indeed onside when he tried to intercept the Brumbies ball that led to the winning penalty...

I said it before, that we like to bitch and moan at the ref. but this is getting pathetic.
 
5 in a row. Ouch! I do look forward in a way to the team turning their fortunes around soon.

Do get the feeling that the chances of getting into the top 4 might just be a bridge to far to cross?

Still I remain loyal and hope that they can get it on soon.
