actually, this seems like an error with the mail server itself: if it were a mailbox full or user does not exist error, the error code would be displayed, and the error would be described.

Phoned, on constant voice mail :P. Seems like he is indeed a busy man ;)
 
Phoned yesterday to speak to Shaun & was told he is off sick. Got put through to Porsha, who helped me with my query, but needed clarification from Shaun. Suddenly he wasn't 'off sick' anymore & she got the info from him. Maybe he's just busy...hiding... :p

Is it OK if I contact you when I really have a problem with my iBurst connection? I promise I will only contact you when I REALLY have problems, and not complain about pointless nonsense such as lost packets and other pointless issues that people whinge about here

kei phone him anytime... i have often phoned him but he has rarely offered any suitable type of support.

i have rather befriended one of the technical people who use the same tower as me. they seem to offer real conclusive solutions when possible.

helpdesk is generally not a solution.
 
Who are these technical people?
I know helpdesk is not a solution that is why I have no idea what their number is, nor do I wish to phone them, ever!

Same as dealing with Telkom, need to have a contact inside the company somewhere
