Shaver Recommendations

Hi, looking for some recommendations for a new shaver.

Had my eye on either the Philips One Blade or the 1000 Series Electric. Max budget is around R800 - R1K. What do the guys here use?

To clarify, looking for something for my face, not my nuts. I know what some of the okes here are like. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Serious answer: Are you looking for electric specifically? IMHO nothing beats a safety razor for feel and shave quality.

I am glad I saw this. Currently, in the market for a new shaver. I used my Philips pop-up trimmer for several years now, and it's pretty much done and on its last. So I would love a shave with a good pop-up trimmer again. Any recommendations?

Otherwise, I have the OneBlade on my list and several others I'm not too sure about.

One blade absolutely if electric shavers are your thing..

I just realised, my electric is a Philips OneBlade. I don't use it for a close shave though - just a close trim before breaking out the safety razor (I don't shave often). When I do use it bare against skin, for cleaning edges, it works fine an gives me no skin irritation. That was always the problem with the older ones.

Philips Oneblade. Get the most expensive Li ion one. Battery lasts 2 months and the blade a year plus. No brainer purchase.
