This is a curious and offensive quote. is like saying you are lazy for having time to do your job. Does Pule imply that Pule herself and the DoC are not lazy as she has no time to do her own work and thus miss all their deadlines but at least this means she is not doing the devil's work as she is doing nothing apart from fashion shopping.
 
Surprised she doesn't insist vehemently on having her day in court .. worked for Zama dinnit?
