Shipping Packaging With Custom Dimensions

Hi there,

Does anyone know of a local service (online or direct) that is able to make 560mm X 460mm x 150mm shipping boxes? I cannot seem to find anyone that is selling at these dimensions of anything under R110 per box, which at the first batch quantity I need is around R5500.

Both dont offer custom boxes to the dimensions I need. I've gotten responses from them already.
I was hoping to get feedback from people who have experienced a similar scenario.

Why do you need them that size? Usually the voids are filled with some sort of packing.
Boxes are designed to a standard to make volume packing easier.

It's to accommodate a variation of models' packaging of devices we ship. The most ideal dimensions being the ones I've listed. Most that can accommodate have height that is double the needed height which means higher shipping cost for what amounts to unused space.

This is a niche requirement that's why I made a forum post about it because I cant find it myself.
