For the record, he is a fool..but nothing wrong with the appointment considering he is leader of a big faction, however it should be subject to charges dismissed or acquittal.

As for embassies, has Western Cape got one....just spent two weeks working on community projects there after travelling through other parts ...must say, it looks less and less like 'Africa' to me every time I visit.

That lifestyle and conditions will surely be noticed by rest and hopefully swing people around in rest of country
