Shocking lag atm.

I get around 250-350ms in wow in that bracket and since yesterday I just cannot pvp atall.Lags just immense.Am I to assume thats its tons of ppl downloading before the new month as I thought this was gone due to uncapped internet.Any1 else having probs and have a clue what it is.I have an unshaped 1gb webafrica account and uptil now hasnt given probs aswell as my axxess unshaped 1gb both seems as shocking.Any ideas?

250ms why are complaining? thats fine!! download dont effect you(uncapped accounts), people download using seacom unless they are insane rich to afford uncapped on sat3

im actually getting the best latency i've ever gotten in wow lately. hovering around 215ms or so (while in arena with skype going)

Chances are if both accounts have the same problem, your exchange or line is having a problem and not the actual ISPs. I played the whole weekend on WebAfrica account with no problems at all, between 210-280ms all the time.
