I have found the billing part of the web clientzone is not functioning (albeit that it looks like it is). Had to change my credit card, but after trying for weeks the system does not update. Tried to get support, got someone that was totally useless, could not write english and did not respond. Got another person that send more invalid information. Like a telephone number that when you call it says "out of service"
I did like Afrihost (especially for mobile, they served my kids well), and I am happy to continue if their support calls me back. I can also change provider now - so easily - and my feelings toward them forever. What a shame that one incident can have so many repercussions...
