Shocking support - please help

I have found the billing part of the web clientzone is not functioning (albeit that it looks like it is). Had to change my credit card, but after trying for weeks the system does not update. Tried to get support, got someone that was totally useless, could not write english and did not respond. Got another person that send more invalid information. Like a telephone number that when you call it says "out of service"
I did like Afrihost (especially for mobile, they served my kids well), and I am happy to continue if their support calls me back. I can also change provider now - so easily - and my feelings toward them forever. What a shame that one incident can have so many repercussions...

Changed mine as well during the month as my card expired end of August.
Had no trouble myself.

Sorry for the bad experience that you had.

There is an issue where certain versions of Chrome causes a failed response from our payment processor.

Can you please try using the latest version of Firefox and see if that works and if it still fails kindly send @AfriNatic and @Afrigirl a message with your email address so we can have a look.
 
pfft. Disney+ does not allow you to change payment. You need to cancel and re-open a new subscription.
The above is but a tiny problem compared to that
