i dunno dude, the only advice i have for you is that you shouldn't go to great lengths to impress a chick or to see each other. you may like them both but there are a 100 chicks whom you haven't met that will be better and more excited to see you. having a hard schedule where neither of you is free makes it harder on a relationship that doesn't exist yet.

if people want to see you, they'll make a plan, because that is what you do when you're excited or enjoy somebody's company. a lot of people are also dismissive and say they can't make it, can't do this, they're busy, simply to avoid conflict or hoping the other person gets the idea and gives up peacefully.

my advice is live like you're single, act like you're single, and don't change for anyone

As a chick i can say with certainty girl 1 is not interested although if you pursue her she might be flattered into going out with you. Who knows where it'll go from there.

Alternatively you could phone and tell her to let you know when she feels like a drink. Then don't phone her again - my opinion.

Well in my experience, don't chase TOO much. You will know when a girl is interested, if she's offish move on. Many fish in the sea. (Cool girls are not hard to find, just need to look).
