Should I switch ISP's

Okay, for 2 hours today on my gold uncapped account, I was getting around 4KB/s download speed, Google was extremely slow and speedtest.net wouldn't even load...
As soon as it turned to 5pm, I am running at full speed again, clearly this is not on...we pay much more for a gold product and being shaped to death is not fair...its ridiculous...

That does seem fishy. I'd mention it in the Openweb Feedback thread.

Last night at 22:55 my torrents were 50kb/s. At 23:00 600kb/s.
 
Lol, nice try...i wasn't downloading torrents, i was using usenet, so speed should remain constant...

I'm saying mention it in the other thread that at 17:00 it changed.

Usenet also gets shaped as they see it basically the same torrents. If that's your issue than that's kinda normal. Thought you were complaining about HTTP.

That still is slow for a GOLD account though.

Yes, I was also complaining about HTTP, speedtest loads fine now...lol
Google just took forever to do anything...
