If they have been forced to, no sign of the channels being re-added today on satellite or online.
But they are on standby in the test channels section..

Other news - they're launching the "Movie Room" channel fairly soon by the looks of things. Must be the new one they mentioned, so not the expanded availability of ch. 114, but don't know any details.
 
I do not care really, but are one of the ones in the minority that voted yes. They make enough money and are running a monopoly.

Someone that streams is more likely to watch one or two sport events weekly rather than using it for everything else.
 
Voted yes simply for the sake of convenience.
Don't like switching between two decoders just to enjoy programming that's been part of their channel offering for years.
Multichoice should be fairly compensated for carrying the channels though.

In my opinion, the subscribers already more than "fairly compensate" DStv...

Multichoice doesn't agree with you. If it made good business sense they would have no problem carrying it. Like eNCA probably does. It could be that there are other reasons that were not privy to?
 
I said yes because I don't want it to pop up anywhere where I make use of the service.

I suspect so.

Wonder if it is related to advertising revenue or something... I really doubt MC has the latest-and-greatest channels earmarked for that capacity.
 
The 4 channels have just been re-added. On older decoders if not in the old positions then some are at the end of the bouquet on chs. 951, 953 & 956.

Isn't back online yet, no idea re mobile use.
 
The ruling is absurd. How can a government force a company to assist a competing company?!
 
I dislike MC as much as I dislike our Govt... It's kinda nice to see them dusting up.
