one the one hand sure, the standard is so pathetically low for releasing murderers in this country it is only fair that it is applied equally, at least it is not the president's birthday with hundreds being released at the same time

He apologized, showed remorse, was humiliated, it is time , to let go
His life is ruined, he cannot go any where in the world, everybody knows him, that in it self is enough punishment's , Extensive jail sentence will have no definite rehabilitation value.
He will live in hibernation for the rest of his life

How do you know he is rehabilitated? he has shown NO remorse or taken ANY accountability for murdering another human being.

There is no place in a legal system for subjective measures like judging someone's remorse. Stick to the hard facts, instead of giving lighter sentences to the better actors.

I have personal experience with violent people like him; no amount of therapy helped.

He has a long history of aggression and dangerous behavior ... I seriously doubt prison would have made him soft; if anything he will come our worse.

Well according to the campaigners who tried to paint it as a case of sexist violence all men are violent thugs, so maybe just pre-emptively throw all men in jail for life.
