Yes, & well, insurance is a killer bussiness just because of its nature, anything otherwise it would not been heard of.
I grew up when third party insurance was compulsory. It was enforced by a traffic department that was efficient and did functional. It did not work then and was superseded by the RAF. What on earth would make it work now given the situation this country is in currently. Jack up the RAF so that those that it is intended to cover do get the benefit of the fund.
