Its better for the "Telecoms sector" because it guards the profits of Vodacom, MTN, Telkom, Neotel. All of which their buddies have vested interest in.Is there anywhere I can read why the DoC and Ivy think that their managed liberalization approach is so much better for the telcoms sector in ZA than a big bang approach? (although its more of a loud noise than a big bang). Im interested to see their reasoning but I do doubt it will include maintaining the value of their comrades shares...
