Something new. This is a three screen setup. No icon dock and status bar. Making use of Nova Launchers gestures to open the app drawer and status bar.

I'm not so sure - some of the screenshot that Dom1n8tr1x posts look like they would take forever to implement.

Not a lot on average. I may go months without customizing, then suddenly the bug bites again and I go mad.
Customizing homescreens by using UCCW is actually quite easy and fast once you get the hang of it.
A good place for homescreens and inspiration is MyColorScreen.
It can take anything from 5 minutes (changing screens and icons) to hours (going crazy with UCCW and custom lockscreens). I get bored quickly and change my setup a lot.

I flashed my firmware 'n few weeks ago, so I just installed Apex and some icons. Will get back to customising again and post some more deserving screens.Saw this (http://mycolorscreen.com/2013/06/19/mnml-colourful/) on mycolorscreen yesterday and recreated it. I used a different weather widget and used the persistent search bar instead. The applications drawer can be accessed by double tapping the home screen.
