Show your Android Screenshots!

I see you are using TV Show Time. How do you find it?

I'm currently using TV Show Favs because it export show times and details directly to my calendar and also gives the airtime in local time.
Oh lookie who they've managed to lure out of the Kango Caves!

I really like it. The GUI is quite nice. It also connects to your fb/Google account to sync. They have a website which basically has the same functionality as the app. Comes in handy when you need to tick off episodes but your phone isn't around.

Not too sure if you can export to calendar, but those airtimes shown in the screenshot are local times :)

That sounds nice, definitely going to check it out as well.

Well the Caves are the best place to hide when temperatures comes close to 50C. Well not really, it's quite humid in there.

Think I'll go find myself a nice big rock to hide under.

:D

I have totally forgotten how hot Oudtshoorn can get! Definitely not for wussies.

Let's hope there's not much load shedding coming your way.

Yissie maar EmotionUI is kwaai. Waiting for 3.0 to drop on the P6. Background is black because backgrounds pictures are so Windows 3.1, app drawer is non-existent because app drawer is so non-iOS like.

I stopped using a third party launcher long ago because I prefer the looks and functionality of the Samsung widgets.

You can use Samsung widgets with any launcher.

Nope, you cannot, it is Touchwiz only.

That's why I stopped using Nova (and I have the paid version nogal), as Samsung's calendar widget is the best in the business.

*I haven't tried Google Calendar again, cos the last time it really screwed up my phone.

Keeping it simple...

For this very reason, I too, stick with TW launcher.... S planner is indispensable, its equal yet to be developed... Besides, TW on lollipop is now wholly enjoyable, my desire for 3rd party launchers exists no more...

That looks cool Fanie, I tried it, but the free version has almost 90% of the features locked, which is annoying. It would be nice if you could get a trial run. Do you think it's worth it? I must say it looks real simplified, although it seems that's what the developer was going for.

This and Nova is the two best launchers out there. I love this app drawer, and there is even a swipe right for Google Now (just like the google now launcher), I've disabled it though, I'm just so used to long pressing the home button to get to it. But will be useful for phones without a physical home button I guess.

The app drawer on the left is so quick for finding things (although nova can also sort your app drawer like this). The quick drawer on the right is perfect for some widgets and other shortcuts, to keep your homescreen nice and clean. Obviously it supports more than one homescreen, but if you use it, it kinda defeats the purpose of the whole thing imo.

Then just to mention shutters and covers. Shutters build a widget right on top of an app shortcut, so double tapping it, or swiping up on it, reveals the widget. Covers is like a folder, but tapping once, opens the app in the position 1, and again double tap or swipe up (configurable) opens the "folder" for the other apps you've added to it.

It's expensive for a launcher, but really is worth it. The version I'm using for action launcher is still in beta, but I've bought it without even thinking. AL2 was a long time favourite, and AL3 just brings Lollipop to your phone with a refreshed look. I would shill out the cash again if need be.

Well said and completely agree. AL3 is kick-ass and considering how quick the developer responds to issues, very happy I paid for this.

When I find issues I tweet him, you'll see he has a tweet today informing me that the issue i reported was solved in the lastest beta that rolled out today :D
