May I ask what is going to happen for those people who bought a 3-month subscription? Are they going to get a refund for the remaining month or not?
Because I'm one of those people and my subscription was supposed to end on 19 May, amounting to R96, basically R100

I'm just guessing here since they haven't been great with the com's but they will likely migrate your user and subscription to the the dstv app.

During its recent annual results presentation, Canal+ had suggested that it would replace Showmax with its own streaming app.

However, this no longer appears to be the plan. Standalone Showmax customers will have to choose between paying more for DStv Compact or cancelling their subscription.

Yeah, I'm done with trusting these new guys..

A lot of peeps have ended up dropping their past like for HBO due to their strong woke involvement.

The dstv app was pure k@k, but showmax apps on various platforms have worked.

On my samsung tv, ps4 and mi sticks.

There are a large community of people who watches the Afrikaans content, yes, including the coloured communities.

Would be very surprised if Canal+ management don't improve the DStv streaming quality soon.
