Siener van Rensburg

Do you think there is merit in siener Van Rensburg's predictions?

I doubt if his predictions ( not verses ) was ever translated.
The original predictions are held in a meuseum in Lichtenburg.

I will try and find a link to a program that Max du Preez made for SABC on Siener.

The Boere prefer to be known as Boere. Note the capital "B".
A boer is someone that farms.
A Boer is a decendants of those that fought the English in the Anglo Boer war.

They are out there.
And they are pissed off.

Are they the "third force" that the ANC keeps referring to? :D Anyways, now I know what Mantashe and Phosa were talking about when they said they don't want Boere people to take over the country again, because I was thinking "how can a farmer take over a country?".

I've got a copy of his visions. It is in Afrikaans and 55 pages long so I won't be able to help you in Enlgish.

These visions are the original visions as recorded by his daugther and has not been interpreted. I have read through alot of it and I can tell you one thing - its freaking confusing!

I know there is a book written about all this, but it is very difficult to come by! I will see if I can find the link to the publisher of the book.

But yes - most of what he predicted did eventually realise. But it also needs to be noted that most of his predictions already happened and there is not alot that will happen in the future.

One of his most prominent predictions was the death/assasination of Gnl De La Rey. Siener did warn Gnl De La Rey, but to no avail.

He was a very interesting but controversial...

Can't believe people buy this BS.

This reminds me of the "psychic" that went into Jan Smuts home and used her "psychic powers" to see that Jan Smuts was somebody that read a lot. Even though he had a library in his house. She also said she saw Jan Smuts as a family man, but there are pictures of his family hanging all over the house :rolleyes:
 
Siener made more than 600 predictions.
A previous poster here gave a link to a website that refers to 100 predictions.
It is also incorrect that the war will start at Prieska.
Prieska is where the weapons to fight the war will be delivered.
The railway line from Prieska was in disuse for more than a century.
It was buried under metres of sand.
The Luderitz harbour could also not accomodate a modern warship.
The Germans recently donated money to the Namibian government to deepen the harbour to accomodate modern and bigger ships.
The railway line was also recently opened again.

We also had reason to doubt Sieners predictions in this particular regard, as it was doubtfull that the harbour would be deepened and that the railway line would be opened again.
This has happened.
The Boere also had a agreement with Germany for mutual help.
The document exists.
The Boere refer to this document as a "traktaat".
It was signed in 1914 between representatives of the Kaiser of Germany and representatives of the Zuid Afrikaanse Republiek (Transvaal)
I have a copy of this letter somewhere.
