Siener van Rensburg

The Jan Smuts government did not find it hilarious.
They locked Siener up for this.
Nor did the National Party find it hilarious.
They banned his books.
The ANC government also do not find it hilarious.
They locked up an author of a recent book about Siener.

None of those affected by this find it hilarious.

Maybe watch those youtube links before you laugh, even if he was not seeing to the future he was making very good guesses ;)

I urge you like a couple of times before, before making snide comments rather find out what it is all about first.

You are not a Boer, therefore i would suggest Nostradamus.
After all, Siener was a Boer prophet, for the Boere.
Why do you think the Boere held out against the might of the Brittish empire during the Anglo-Boer war?

Simply because Siener predicted where the Brittish was.
He helped the Boere during the war.
He never carried a rifle. Not once during the entire war.
But he gave information about the enemy.
He also predicted at the start of the Anglo-Boer war that the Boere would loose the war.
 
What did you hear or read about him that made you start this thread? This is a topic that some take very serious and others laugh about! I don't think it will stay open for long tough, but it is a very interesting topic to be honest!

I don't live by what he said, but it is interesting to read about it.

This is all educated/intelligent guessing on his part. :rolleyes: The fact that he brings religion into everything makes this bulL$hit.

You are correct.
I should not have taken part in this discussion at all.
Sieners predictions was for the Boere. Not for general consumption.
I also do not like the snide comments on his predictions.
Some of us take Sieners predictions seriously.

Siener also predicted that he will be in the news again in the future.
This is happening now.

.... which I am exercising. Other are entitled to their own opinions and I do not mind if they believe in this hogwash; all I said is that I find it hilarious.

Since when can I not have an opinion and voice it?
