Wow, I would love to play a remake of that series. What happene dto that platform of games? They died with Sierra? I remember having to walk a few km's to get to a mate's house just to get the answers off the internet for the Leisure suit Larry age verification questions![]()
That whole role playing series was brilliant.
The last King's Quest (Mask of Eternity) advanced the genre and also destroyed the linage. Though many indie developers are still releasing such games and original remakes, which I greatly support. Today these games are only played by a unique cult, the intelligence behind these designs are beyond AAA titles.

In relation with this style and existing point-and-click adventuring, Grim Fandango (by LucasArts) is probably the title holder in adventure gaming, pure story driven.
