That is a push notification that my phone, a Huawei Y5 Lite, keeps giving me after I have had the data enabled for a few minutes. I already have a data package — specifically the uncapped LTE package — which is still valid but that notification persists, and the only way I can get my data to work when that happens is to do a network search, and select Telkom 4G. I should not have to do this the whole time.

What I already tried:
  1. Switching the SIM slot (dual SIM, with the other slot being open)
  2. Turning off the Roaming option
Could anyone perhaps help me with this issue? I really have no clue what to do. The signal averages around -100dBm.

I get the same notification regularly. I suspect that I'm on a contract that's supposed to be used at a fixed address/from a singular tower, ie fixed LTE, even though they assured me that it's not when I signed up. When I then move around, I disconnect from the tower and get that message.
My work around is switching my data connection off and then back on. Irritating, but usually works. (until I move again).
Luckily I just use this Telkom sim ss s backup.
