Can I ask what it is you did and what your new speeds are?

Also, this "booster" you bought, is it actually an antenna?
 
I havent tested the stability yet at peek times (weekends are wierd times to test) but ill post more during the week once Ive seen those results
For now it looks like its sitting on 2.3Mbps
 
Tested the signal again now it peeks at 2.7Mbps
To be honest it cost me personally nothing ( long story, all legal before someone else makes a wierd post :) ) but the quipment itself is worth 900 rand i think
