Signal Issues

Hi,

We have some signal issues in our office. There's no 3G signal inside our office and very little to no GSM signal, yet in the basement parking of our building there's full 3G and GSM signal. Everyone on Vodacom in the office has this problem. The few ppl here that's on MTN have no signal issues whatsoever so I don't think it's caused by interference. We're in The Innovation Hub in PTA. Tried to check the tower names but only get the Y4L discounts on the cell info display. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
