Signing up early?

So Telkom has been busy in my area for a while now and this morning I decided to ask them what they were up to. As luck with have it they have installed a fibre street box for the area and are just waiting for the power to be connected, manholes everything else is done.

Anyone have ideas on how I would go about signing up for this service so that it can be installed as soon as it goes live? The coverage website doesn't indicate any availability currently or planned.

My area is in the planned/rollout phase on the coverage map, I know for a fact that they are done with the fibre rollout. I tried to put in a order about 2 weeks ago, with the same thinking as yours, and the fibre call centre said it got declined because Fibre is not live yet.
