I have one of those on an older AMD 2600+ and it's also not the quietest fan I've heard

Truly, I'd stick to the Antec and Yate Loons. One factor is the density of the plastic used for the frame. The lighter materials seem to be less stable and have apparently been found to be noisier.
 
Thanks guys for all the help.

I have gone with the 2 x 80mm enermax fans. 80 mm because that will fit nicely in the space that I have and should be better than trying to get one 120mm fan to cover both shelves. I chose the enermax because of the external speed control. This way I can turn it down to exactly the point where it is not disturbing and know that I getting the max airflow at that noise level. Ordered them off Take 2 as I had a credit there.
