Errr...

Seems like a silly question, but I'm on a month-by-month package and my second month is almost up. How do I go about extending this?

You don't.. it extends automatically.

The point of month to month is that you can cancel within any month, so you aren't tied to any contract.

That is what I also thought. BUT!!!!

The BIG ASS BUT : You have to give a FULL CALENDAR MONTH warning, meaning that if you decide you do not want iBurst you HAVE to give a month notice. That means that you have to pay at leat ONE MORE month!!!

So if you do decide to end your iBurst contact them BEFORE they deduct this months fee or you will have to pay another month.

one months notice seems to be the norm with many companies so you can be sure that iBurst will grab as much as they can.:p

Yup, thats specified in the terms & conditions. It was just a bit vague on the continued payment.
