Silverlight download for android and Mac

Has anyone got information how I can download "Silverlight" for a Samsung Tablet as well as Mac computer.

We need this for an accounting package -SMEASY-to operate and have run out of ideas - if you can help we will be extremely grateful.

Silverlight is not available for Android.
