Sim swap mess

@rain_mobile @rain_networks I received my new SIM card cos I had to do a sim swap. The sim swap SIM card does not WORK. It does not read. It doesn’t even indicate that there’s a SIM card. But on My Rain page I can see that the SIM card has been activated & is “working”. It’s not working & I have beeeeeen asking for help. Please help
