Are there any reps who can help? My simswap is still offline and its more than 24 hours now.
I was online yeasterday afternoon and up untill this morning at about 10 , but then I went off line and still no luck getting on.

I'm offline since 13h00 and i can't phone them because of the "no service" message. Emailed them & received a log nr but it's Friday night already and i don't think i'll be back online soon.
