Sim swap testing

Hi
I bought a new sim and need to do a sim swap on the new number. Called in and apparently didn't pass my security check because this is a new sim and must be used for 60 days for security check too. need to do so for testing purposes for one of our clients. could someone from the team please assist urgently.

Hi, I have tried all that, just cannot pass the security check to initiate the sim swap. cannot even register for the self service.
