I am having problems doing my sim swap,sim was rica'd in my name but apparently all the numbers i have given are not the last dialled number,i need help becuase i need my phone number back.

Please PM us your Cell C + contact number and the RICA serial number of the new SIM card.

We will still need to conduct a security check in order to do a SIM swap.
