Simple wma joiner/cutter application

I am looking for a simple wma cutter/joiner application that will funtion on win 7, Freeware or other please.
Tried google search but could only find applications combined with other "blote" extra's.

I've tried just about everything out there, free and paid-for. You can't do better than the tools at www.boilsoft.com. What they now call Video Joiner and Video Splitter used to be called WMV Joiner and WMV Splitter. In-stream cutting, merging and joining, without re-encoding. Really easy to use.

You can test with a trial version. Tutorials are on their site.

I have many of their tools and they all work great. None are free.

You do realise there is a difference between WMA & WMV? (I am not trying to be arrogant or sarcastic here)
WMV = Video
WMA = Audio

Proseal (in his post) wants a joiner/splitter for wma. Give AUDACITY a try. It does a good job at audio editing/join/split and its free.

Thanks, P00HB33R. I do know the diffs. No offence taken. I know the guy who defined these formats at Microsoft, and why.
The boilsoft tools suggested work for wma files, as well as wmv's of course.
