Sinotec Projector (on a budget) SPJ-86C - thoughts?

Sup guys

Ive been keeping the idea of getting a projector in the back of my mind for a while now, and recently while shopping came across the Sinotec SPJ-86C projector at Game which is pretty cheap considering that it runs at 1280x768 native resolution (supports 1080p), has a 20000hr LED lamp life which is 2700 lumens.

I didnt want to just get it on the spot because I know nothing about sinotec.

Has anyone else bought the device and happy/ any other recommendations on what might be out there at a similar price?

Ive tried to google reviews on the device, there is one on a south african AV forum, but not much info is available. doesnt seem to be a internationally known device XD

1360x768 is 720p, that resolution aint going to give you 1080p, also that is 4:3 resolution.

i get what u mean, but the specs on the device say it supports 1080p, im assuming it probing scales the 1080p to 720p.

Avoid any and all projectors with a native 4:3 res that "supports" 1080p/720p. Personal experience.
1080p Projectors goes for about 8k on special.
