Sinus Headache - It feels like Satan himself is driving a large railroad spike through my left eye and three quarters of the way into my skull. I cannot sleep and feel quite literally sick from the pain.

aaarrgh.

Any miracle cure I might not know about?

I feel for you brother my Sinusses gimme grief on the reef lol...

ACC200 i think it is to clear all the gunk out then start working on the headache...

Jip, ACC together with something like SinuCod(in).... Just don't use something like SinuCodin alone, as it will really stuff it up badly, while ACC will clear your sinusses. Good luck!

I feel for you

I entered the new year in hospital with a sinus headache.
Not fun...

Go to your local pharmacy and ask them for a recipe to use to flush your sinuses. Its just a couple of household ingredients you use.

Then just do like the addicts and snort it up your nose.
Works better than pethidine and all those pain killer drips they give you in hospital.

Trust me.....

PS. Just don't overdo it since it will then make it worse

PS. Acc200 just clears the nose and not the rest of your head but do use it in conjunction with the recipe. Some pharmacies also have a device that flushes your sinuses that you can buy which uses the same recipe.

ACC yes. But be careful with the dosage. 2 immediate in combination with something taht contains asprin (Take your pick). Another 5 hrs later. And then maybe another another 5 laters. Not more than 4 a day & watch it carefully...if you take too much the entire sinuses dry up and thats no fun either.

Loads of water & no sugar.

2 x Myprodol and/or sinutab 3 way work for me. I also find a very hot shower works very well to clear your sinus passage.

Heavy Duty Steam. Go and use the steam room at the local Virgin Active. Sit there 20 mins. Just don't look at anybody. Repeat daily for 3-4 days. Drink lots of water to replenish fluid loss.
AC 200 is a mucus thinner- it thins the secretions. Might help
Aspirin or other anti-inflammatory brings down soft tissue swelling so sinus can drain.
This is internetz advice and should not be construed as medical advice but hey it's free.
If sinus infection is present you will need antibiotics. Avalon works a treat.

Yep, 1x Loratadine + 2x Myprodol is a good solution for a bad one I've found. Was sadly stuck without medication at 2:30 AM though. BP is fine, it's my deviated septum that causes the problem.

Mixing your meds ain't a good idea.
That Loratadine makes me pretty drowsy, only take it when I have to.

You're quite right and I made a mistake, myprodol + a sudafed/sinumed which results in basically an advil CS with the extra of some codeine.

That sounds awful.
