So I recovered from a nasty bout of flu a few days ago, but my right sinus feels very tender and slightly blocked. Pain is radiating to my eyes and teeth and neck quite annoyingly. What do you chaps do for this except drinking copious amounts of whiskey?

Buy a saline spray. Either the bottle you squeeze into one nostril and out the other if you can take it, or a mist spray like iliadin. I'd use the spray for a quick fix.

Take the dick out your nose.

Demucus tablets and something to cleanup like sinutab. You can also attemp a proper sinus bathe, but first get the right stuff and method. Of course... go see a doctor.

Those are useless. It reaches the stuff in your nose and then run out the nose again so you're trying to push it back up with your finger.

Otrivin (menthol)

Otrivin is nice, but I use the Sinutab nasal spray. I feel it's much better and longer lasting

Also Corenza effervescent helps me a lot with pain and cold symptoms, especially that sinus pressure around the face

The last option is allergex but that makes you drowsy

Personally I prefer ACC 200. I find that the other products dry out my sinuses, but does not get rid of what it dries and I hate that dried out feeling. ACC 200 "dissolves" the crap, you blow your nose more for a while and it may "run" down your throat for a bit, but the mucus goes away instead of just being dried and staying.

SINUS
Sinusitis occurs when the mucous lining of the sinuses becomes inflamed (swollen) and starts to produce extra mucus, which is often thick.2,10 The inflammation and excess mucus block the sinuses10,11 and interfere with the functioning of the cilia.12

Salex rinse bottle and a swim in the ocean (get your head under the water)
Demazin if its runny
Illiadin if its blocked

Panado for the aches and pains

Been through the ringer with mine and had a op. The above does the trick for me I keep most of it in stock at home ready to go.
