Sinus pain - advice?

Raw onion chopped into small pieces, chew on it.

Sinugrain helps the Mrs when she gets headaches, normally associated with sinus

Keep a humidifier in your room when u go to bed. A few drops of menthol in the water helps to clear the sinuses. Its the only way I can sleep through the night.

Also use these karvol capsules if I'm desperate. Put a few drops on a scarf or neckline of my shirt so I can just breathe. Opens up a blocked nose brilliantly but the strong menthol fragrance it has follows u around wherever u go.Screenshot_20201009-071338_Chrome.jpg

Tried everything on the market for sinus. Currently the Allerway 5 gives me the best results.

Those are useless. It reaches the stuff in your nose and then run out the nose again so you're trying to push it back up with your finger.
Sniff as you spray. Pulls it into the sinuses and relieves the tension after 15-30 min as everything slowly drains out.

The real tip is to avoid blowing your nose immediately after, because the pressure pushes all the snot back up.

Please, don't do this. You will have unimaginable pain for days.
I recall someone in school snorting a grandpa, the dude regretted it badly afterwards.
I also recall him going on to be a druggie so obviously he didnt learn his lesson.

grandpa is a gateway drug

What everyone else said, I use the Sinumax with codeine.

Plus:

Heat or cold (or alternate, whatever feels best) facecloth on the area where you have pain.

Vibrations, like with a massager or a shaver or even wife's toy on the spot to loosen the gunk for drainage.
The doctors have a special massager they use but I found anything that goes brrrr (except Coke) works for DIY.

You should try the SinuLeaf from NutroVance.

I also tried everything on the market, and then decided to go herbal since the OTC and prescription meds were said to have many side effects.

I was pleasantly surprised with SinuLeaf. Works just as well, if not better than the OTC stuff and is safe for long term use. You can thank me later ;)

thank you kindly I will get some this weekend.
