No, rules made by the wholesale part of the company (who don't really know what customers want) that don't satisfy the requirements of the retail side (who at least have a better idea), just like they didn't satisfy MWeb's requirements => MWEB moved to IPC.

But, things will change.

I have not seen an "Official Telkom 4mb Uncapped" thread.... is there one? Would like to hear from users on this package....
