Tried this day before for the first time and quite useful and delivery within 1 hour as promised. 35 rand delivery + tip but still cheaper & quicker than other stores.

Anyone here tried it as well?

Was lucky enough to be in their trial area so been using it for a while.
Really, really efficient.

Only downside Ive found is our local stores "pickers" are terrible.
Generally order 20 items, get about 12 of them... So you end up just not being certain of getting anything and still have to go to the shop.

Ive asked Checkers support 5 times how we might be able to change to the OTHER checkers about 1 min further driver the other way... It was a hard no :(

But yes, still use it, just so convenient!!

I used the app last week for the 1st time. I was billed R280 but my order was R235. I recall something about a minimum order, or minimum initial order or something. Is this right? Will i get a discount on my next purchase? And is there a min. purchase?

And it wasn't the delivery fee or tip.

But either way, very convenient.

They reserve more than your order in case some of your substitutions are more expensive. The actual charge will be accurate.

My biggest gripe with the app is they seem to have a rather limited selection on it. You can't buy everything available in store. It really bugs me. If I walk into a store, I usually walk out with what I wanted. With the app, it's a gamble. It is great to use when I am feeling lazy though. I'd rather pay a delivery fee and a tip to avoid people and queues. I have found their delivery times to vary quite a bit. Sometimes they deliver within the hour, othertimes it's taken a few hours. That hasn't really bothered me because it's not as if I was going anywhere.

Are you sure you were charged that amount in the end? They usually charge more, then adjust it later. See their FAQ.

Been using them for months, never any issue except one late delivery when they phoned from CT to warn about a delay & apologize in advance, bloody good service if you ask me. They don't have everything as in store and limit you to 30 items but I use it for weeklies so no issues there.

You can pick an alternatives for when they have no stock of your preferred item, I've even done it live ie. the apps lists the items as they are picked and asks you to choose an alternative then has a countdown for you to respond.

Oh and once one of their drivers kicked out at my dogs after I informed him they are friendly but will run to him in excitement, so I told him he forfeited his tip.

Last time I tried Woolies delivery the next available slot was in 10 days lol & PnP pisses me off with their RXX off for the first XXX customer ads, so in a world of governmental theft and lack of service delivery sixty60 has gone out of their way to please me as a customer so I cannot recommend them enough.
