they want cheap labour. Been there (with the interviews)... they offer a crap salary and expect people to jump on it.

Looking at articles like these, it does not compute with B-BBEE circumstances within SA, especially in concern with expected raise in the percentages. Then when you look at opportunities opening up and compare that with key-players cutting employees in “certain” departments. This looking at the mid-tiers in any organisation within SA.
