Funny enough that I have had chicken pox when i was a child as well as an adult I had shingles.
Shingles is the weirdest thing. I got chicken pox as i child and it lied dominant in my body for 20 years. Then once my immune system went to ****e and I felt these pin pricks on the side of my stomach. This lasted for 20 minutes.
Later the weirdest rash developed. I went to the doctor and he diagnosed shingles. Bastard wrote herpes on my sick note that I had to give to my boss for my sick leave. Well the doctor said he gets many patients with it and some never lose the scars. My scars luckily all disappeared but it took a while. So now I am not stressing myself out too much as next time I think it would be worse.

Damn, think I have shingles as well, blister rash on my right side now, not itchy though but looks terrible.

What medication does the Dr give?
Does this stuff spread?

I'm guessing the Hemps way of ignoring it until it goes away wont work.

It will go away. I also had it before, Afrikaans it's know as "Gordelroos". Chicken pox but in a secluded area normally on the abdomen. It goes away after about 2 weeks. But the itching and all other things of Chicken pox are there. Don't pick the scabs, will leave marks.
