UKZN switched over to this for our university mail - Using like online hotmail, it's really good, plus we get 25GB of space using skydrive.

EDIT: Oh I think they changed it to 7...

You get to upgrade to 25GB for free if you're a "loyal supporter" which I guess means old time user. Login to www.skydrive.live.com and see if you have the option to upgrade for free.

Just in time for the Google Drive Launch.....choices choices.

Unfortunately Google is horribly slow and retarded when it comes to iOS/Apple (there is STILL not a proper Google+ app from Google on there) , so chances are Skydrive will be more Apple Friendly than Google Drive . If you are on Android, i suppose the choice will be easy

The iOS app is pretty good. The OsX app doesnt support SL so that rules it out for the one computer I really want it on though.

Correction, the app wont install on either my SL or XP machines. Bummer
