Skype Dualphone Problem

I was told at Incredible Connection (obviously doubting their word) when I bought my RTX Dualphone 3088 that I'd be able to receive Skype calls using my computer and Dualphone simultaneously. Anyway I've got the phone setup now, but when people phone only the phones rings and not the computer.
