Hi where can I download this? Not on a Linux system now want to download it and install at home. Thanks

You download it from the skype website. Choose linux from the list of OS's and then select Ubuntu/Debian.

You should be able to install it via Add/Remove programs under your menu also. I think you might have to enable restricted extras in your software source list though. But ja, you can download it from the www.skype.com

sudo apt-get install skype

The title of this thread is misleading "Skype for Linux 9.10"
I know that Ubuntu is popular, but it is not the only one - I am on 11.2
