Skype on Edge

Anyone tested skype on edge, would be interesting to know how well it works, I believe that it won't be long before skype is available on symbian phones, and if it worked on edge it would really reduce the expense of normal cell phone calling.

Skype is availble on Symbian phones (fring) - I have dialled the echo test but never made a call to another person on EDGE so I can't really say.

Skype on fring over edge did not work satisfactory; over 3G on Nokia 6680 it was fair. Could be latency issues.

When we were testing it didn't seem to bad but yes latency was a bit of an issue
