Hi All

I hope some of you can give me advise on a problem we are experiencing.

During Skype calls the Audio is only one way. I have tested this on various PC's and networks 3G, ADSL, IS ADSL, and Diginet. For some reason I can hear people on the ADSL and 3G side but I can't hear the caller on the IS ADSL and Diginet side.

Is there a reason for this?

When I make test calls they work perfectly!

3G to Diginet = Audio on Diginet side

IS ADSL to Telkom ADSL = Audio on IS ADSL side

Weird! I use IS with both a diginet & ADSL connections and Skype works great. I will consult my crystal ball. :D

Some of the IS-DSL lines will use diffrent return paths, this is fine for browsing, but breaks any type of VoIP. Its go to do with Sequential packets

Usually its microphone issues. Ask the person to go to options and check if the mic level is moving if they speak into the mic.
