Reboots!? Probably blue screen of death...
You don't say what Windows you got, but I assume Windows XP.
Right-click on My Computer, click Properties, Click Advanced. In the Startup and Recovery window, Click Settings. Under the heading "System failure", uncheck "Automatically restart".
This way your PC will blue screen without restarting. Write down the error codes it's giving you, and report back.

Worm?

Welcome to the forum.
The fact that your PC keeps rebooting suggests that you may have one of the many "worms" that are on the internet.
The other members here cannot see it; but I notice you are with Absamail?
The only time I have ever seen a person’s machine become infected with one of these worms was a friends PC about a year ago that I was helping out with.
Shortly after connecting to the friends Absa Account using the built in 56K modem of the PC through the normal telephone line, it became infected with this virus/worm that kept rebooting the PC. At the time I was quite taken aback as the PC had a fresh copy of windows (Service Pack 1- Firewall disabled by default) on and I had done nothing other than connect to the internet.
It has since become apparent to all that just been connected to the internet without either windows built in firewall enabled or a third party firewall leaves you wide open to a "worm infection".
Most of the users here in MyADSL use ADSL with Routers which normally by default filters out these worms.
Judging from your odd IP, you are using a 56K modem then?

1. What operating system r u using ?
2. what peripherals are you using ? headset / speakers+micrphone ?
3. type of pc : laptop / P4
4. what skype version
5. type of connection to the internet : dialup / ADSL / iburst etc..
6. What Antivirus / firewall

Voip Terminator
I'm having the same problem
Pc reboots when i tried to call anybody with a voip client be it google talk or skype.
As soon as they answer my call my pc reboots.
I have turned off reboot on win xp and i get the bluescreen error.
what can it be?
I'm laptop hp nc8230 ati graphics, gig ram, etc
firewall disabled, running etrust antivirus, patches up to date, antispyware installed
