Yes, mine too, gave an error of servers being busy. Simply right click Skyrim in your games list and select delete local content, insert disk and restart setup. It worked for me.

Now I'm 'updating' 200mb...

Picked up my copy just past 9am at BTGames.

I didn't pre-order but also received the map.

Around 240MB. Game is awesome so far! Struggling a little with the assigning of spells etc, seems my L/R is swopped for some reason. Off to Natal for the weekend, sigh, can only play again on Sunday. Enjoy!
